4.3 Manage Inventory Data

Using the Addon's operations periodically you can see the list with all created Listings in the left and their statuses, indicated under.

By clicking on the appropriate Listing position the related details will be automatically uploaded and displayed in the following tabs.

Activate tab you need to see the relevant data.

The current tab allows performing the following operations:

  • add products to the listing - 'Add Products'.

  • remove selected products from the listing or ‘Remove All’  - clear the whole list at once.

  • ‘Find on Amazon’ allows find and map products with the relevant analogues on Amazon (available only if manual identification method is selected).

  • Map Products by SKU’ option launches automatically mapping products on Amazon Selling Central.

  • ‘Clear Mapping’  cancels the previous mapping.

  • 'Shows Calculations' displays the results of the price and quantity settings of the exported data configured on the previous step (Q-ty to Export and Price to Export columns in the illustration below).

Categories tab

It has the similar view as for the first working in Amazon Integration Addon and contains two panes:

  • The left - categories path in the store and categories path on Amazon opposite.

To map categories or clear the previously mapped  positions use the options in the top.

  • The right pane contains two additional tabs:
1. The first one allows choosing category manually by using the expanded amazon category tree. The filter tool in the upper field helps to facilitate the searching process of the necessary position.

2. The second one facilitates the categories mapping process by using the list of the most suitable positions on Amazon which can be mapped with the categories from the current Listing.

Relevant list of the Categories

‘Most Relevant’ tab shows a list with the categories and their appropriate (relevant) percentages. The data is presented in the descending order - from the most suitable variant to the least suitable.

Choose and map position with the highest percentage of the relevancy.

Double click on the highlighted position or perform the ‘drag-and-drop’ method as well (select category on the right panel, drag and drop the selected potion on the left) to map.

Contains the main settings details which need to be indicated to perform the operation via Amazon Integration Addon correctly.

  • ‘Find products by’ area - choose the checkbox by which the data will be identified during process.

  Take a note, the variant except of the first one - (“Manually”) - requires to select the appropriate relevant field from the store’s database which the value will be taken in (see an illustration above).

'Map by...' action - the data will be automatically mapped on the next step by the particular identifier selected from the drop-down list.

Take into account, depending on the Store Manager's type the default list of attributes will differ. So, Store Manager for Prestashop has the following listing :

    • ‘Items to synchronize’ area represents with the settings details on inventory, images, price and shipping options information. Check the checkboxes above and you will get an access to the relevant sections appear below.

Fill the fields with the necessary information related to the data you have checked. Take a note, some fields have ‘Don’t synchronize’ status by default  and to be able to change that - specify the value by using the options opposite:

Use the manual mode - Manual Mode Option to specify the values by inserting the necessary attributes code and create the formula for calculation.

The 'Test' option helps to verify the correctness of such insertion.

Value from the database - Upload value from database -  uploading value from the store database table related to such position. The available variants you can see from the drop-down list:

Logs tab

The Logs tab contains the summary results of the process(es) which was(were) performed before.   Launch Synchronization (1) to get the latest logs of the current process in the particular tab (2):

Press 'Synchronize' button to get the latest Logs

You can preview the results in details by using the button in the upper right corner:

Monitor the results of the process from the following tab. Depending on which checkboxes related to the products details have checked in the ‘Items to synchronize’ area ('Images', 'Price', 'Inventory', 'Shipping Options')
you will see the appropriate tabs on each product data sector:

Check the details by switching between the tabs.

Click on 'the Close' button at the bottom of the form to complete with the synchronization process and exit from the Amazon Integration Addon.
